Notification of Vendor Change

The Traffic Crash Reporting Unit (TCRU) conducts a testing and certification process with all crash vendors intending to submit crash data to the state central repository. This process ensures the data an agency is entering is accurately received into the TCRU database.

We ask that any agency switching their crash vendor contact us directly to ensure we are receiving your data accurately and can assist with this process if needed.

Please contact Ms. Jorden McCord to discuss any changes or if you have any questions.

When to contact the TCRU:

  • If your agency has never submitted to the TCRU.
  • If your agency is resuming submissions to the TCRU after non-reporting.
  • If your agency is changing to a new crash vendor.
