The 2026 Michigan Hazmat Responder Conference is being held at the Crowne Plaza Lansing in Lansing, Michigan. Lodging is available at the special conference rate of $98 per night, plus tax and fees.

This year only, all public sector Michigan Hazmat Team members will receive complimentary lodging. Please be sure to request your complimentary lodging during your conference registration if you qualify.

The Hotel will accept reservations directly from the Group’s guests. In order to receive the Group Rate, the individual must identify themselves as a member of your Group. Reservations can be made directly with the hotel by calling (877) 322-5544. Reservations may also be made online by selecting the Rate Preference drop-down and then selecting Group Rate. The Group’s Group Code is HAZ.
