Required statements
Some statements are required elements in consumer confidence reports.
Lead information paragraph
The lead information paragraph is a required element in every community water supplies CCR.
Mandatory lead health statement
If at least one lead sample result is above the action level (greater than 15 ppb) for a water supplies lead monitoring, an additional lead health statement is required.
Mandatory copper health statement
If at least one copper sample result is above the action level (greater than 1.3 ppm) for a water supplies copper monitoring, an additional copper health statement is required.

The Consumer Confidence Report (CCR) Rule requires community water supplies to annually report to their customers on the quality of the drinking water and the sources of that water, and to characterize the risks (if any) from exposure to contaminants detected in the water.
