Service lines
The total number of service lines, the number of lead service lines, and the number of unknown service lines are required to be included on the CCR.
It is recommended to include how to access the service line inventory in the CCR. Additionally, it is recommended that for those with inventories available online, to include a link to the inventory in the CCR.
The number of lead service lines, unknown service lines, and total service lines can be listed or presented in a table.
