Residential and Commercial Energy Efficiency Revolving Loan Fund (EERLF) Loans

EGLE is currently soliciting feedback from lenders to design an effective EERLF loan program.
Timeline
- February 20, 2026 at 3:00pm EST - deadline for questions from vendors about this RFI
- Questions about the RFI may be submitted to Lisa VanOstran at VanOstranL@Michigan.gov
- March 4, 2026 - anticipated date the State will post answers to vendor questions
- March 18, 2026 at 3:00pm EST - deadline to submit response
How to submit a response
Responses to the RFI must be submitted via SIGMA VSS. To respond to the RFI within SIGMA VSS, entities will need a SIGMA User ID. To access the RFI via SIGMA RSS, follow these steps:
- On a web browser, navigate to Michigan.gov/SigmaVSS
- Select the ‘SIGMA Vendor Self-Service (VSS)’ link
- On the blue banner near the top of the page, select the right arrow to scroll right, then select ‘View Published Solicitations’
- In the Published Solicitations Search box, type in ‘Revolving Loan’ in the Keyword Search, and select ‘Search’
- The RFI will show up below the search box; select the ‘Respond’ button
