Every facility that can generate biosolids must submit an annual report and discharge monitoring report (DMR) by October 30th of every year. The link below has resources and information on how to enter that information into our database, called MiEnviro.
In order to land apply in Michigan, a facility must have an approved Residuals Management Program. Forms relating to the Residuals Management Programs, including site information forms, can be found in the link below.
