- Energy Saving
- Careers with EGLE
“The annual U.P. State Fair is a unique opportunity for EGLE staff to meet and connect with Michiganders from the Upper Peninsula and beyond,” notes Lisa Herron, EGLE’s community outreach and engagement specialist. “Attendees who stop by EGLE’s booth will have the opportunity to learn how EGLE protects Michigan’s environment and public health through management of our air, water, land, and energy resources. More importantly, EGLE staff will have an opportunity to hear directly from community members about the issue areas most important to them—and support EGLE’s efforts to be responsive and engaged with the public.”
Since 1928, the Upper Peninsula State Fair has provided a place for folks from across the nation to experience and celebrate the unique culture and heritage of Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. Tickets are available online and onsite.
