EGLE is holding a public comment period on a draft Renewable Operating Permit (ROP) renewal from October 12 until November 12, 2026 for the draft renewal of a Renewable Operating Permit (ROP) for the operation of a natural gas compressor station.

The permit is intended to simplify and clarify the facility’s applicable requirements and will not result in any air emission changes at the stationary source.

The responsible official of the stationary source is Scott Hoelscher, 1515 5th Avenue, Moline, IL 61265

The decision maker for the permit is Scott Miller, Jackson District Supervisor.
