Developing a Siting Process for your Materials Management Plan
Michigan counties are currently developing the first round of materials management plans required under the December 2022 revisions to Part 115, Solid Waste Management, of the Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Act, 1994 PA 451, as amended (Part 115).
This webinar will help attendees better understand how to create a siting process and the various pathways to determine consistency for future materials management facilities. It will also provide attendees with the opportunity to strategize and get their questions answered by industry experts and EGLE staff.
