The Multiple Pistol Sales Record (RI-060a) form is used only by federally licensed firearm (FFL) dealers when purchasing multiple pistols from a single seller on the same date of purchase, in lieu of filling out multiple RI-060's. This form allows space for 14 pistols. If more than 14 are purchased, additional RI-060a's are required. The Seller retains the Seller copy and the FFL (purchaser) retains the FFL copy. The FFL (purchaser) shall return the Licensing Authority copy to their local law enforcement agency within ten days of purchasing the pistol(s). FFLs regularly engaged in the business of selling pistols at retail are not required to use this form when purchasing pistols from wholesalers [MCL 28.422(7)].
