Intoxilyzer 9000 Operator Guide For Law Enforcement
EBAT supplies are provided by the Michigan State Police Breath Alcohol Unit for all Intoxilyzer 9000 instruments owned by the Michigan State Police. Supplies include 0.080% BrAC external standard gas, mouthpieces, and printer toner. Please follow the below instructions for ordering supplies.
Email a photo of the instrument’s main screen and a photo of the instrument’s pressure gauge to MSP-AlcoholUnit@michigan.gov.
Complete the Evidentiary Breath TestMouthpiece Order Form and email the completed form to MSP-AlcoholUnit@michigan.gov.
Contact MSP-AlcoholUnit@michigan.gov requesting a new toner cartridge.
The Michigan State Police Breath Alcohol Unit does not supply printer paper.
