The Division of Business, Health, and Library Services includes the Office of Financial Management, Office of Health and Safety, Office of Nutrition Services, and the Library of Michigan. The Deputy Superintendent for Business, Health, and Library Services serves as the Department’s Chief Financial Officer, Emergency Management Coordinator, interagency liaison, and coordinates facility issues for department occupied buildings. The Division primarily supports goals 2, 3, and 8 of Michigan’s Top 10 Strategic Education Plan.
