Tips for Using the Repository
- To make it easier to view, you can expand the screen size by selecting the zoom level in the lower right corner of the repository or open it in full-screen mode by selecting the directional arrows directly below the zoom dialog box.
- If you hover over each box, you'll see all the grant details, and you can scroll to the right to check out all the columns of information.
- You can sort the columns alphabetically by clicking the column title once for A-Z and again for Z-A.
- When new information becomes available for grants, such as application links and FAQs, or updates about existing grants, like grant awardees, a link will be provided under the "Additional Grant Resources" column. This link will direct you to a webpage with more detailed information.
Search Options:
- Enter a key word in the search box. This will filter results from the "Purpose of Grant" section.
- You can narrow your search by specifying details such as "Section 23g MI Kids Back on Track" or simply "23g."
- Choose a specific grant type and year to refine your search.
- If you're looking for a particular competitive grant, select the desired year and set the grant type to "competitive."
- To filter by funding source, select from options such as endowment, federal, or state.
- You can also search for grants based on application dates by selecting either open or closed dates.
- An asterisk (*) next to an open or close date will be fully explained in the MDE Comments column. For instance, this grant may remain open until all funds have been spent, or these dates may be tentative and pending federal confirmation.
- All of these search options can be combined in various ways to help you find exactly what you need.
