The purpose of 21b is to reimburse districts for tuition paid on behalf of eligible dual enrollment students. Because the legislation specifies that the reimbursement must be prorated if more reimbursements are submitted than there are funds for, there will be a specific application period in the spring. Timelines and guidance will be posted on this website in January.
