  • To receive funding under 31aa subsection 2, the per pupil funding, eligible recipients can opt in and agree to the legislative requirements through the Grant Electronic Monitoring System/Michigan Administrative Review System (GEMS/MARS) via MiLogin.
  • The date for the GEMS/MARS form to open is expected to be no later than Monday, October 27, 2025, and will close at 11:59 p.m. Sunday, November 16, 2025. The per pupil funding of 31aa subsection 2 funds will be disbursed no later than December 31, 2025.
  • More information on applying for the competitive portions of 31aa will be available at a later date.
