CACFP Trainings

CACFP On-Line Recordkeeping for Sponsoring Organizations

Navigating this Course

The full CACFP Recordkeeping course can take anywhere from 2-4 hours to complete, which is why we've divided it up into five parts plus the final quiz.

  • Part 1: Overview of CACFP and Recordkeeping (est. 15-30 min)
  • Part 2: Annual Requirements (est. 30-60 min)
  • Part 3: Monthly Requirements (est. 20-40 min)
  • Part 4: Site Monitoring Forms (est. 10-15min)
  • [Optional] Part 5: Claim Submissions (est. 15-20 min)
  • Final Quiz: Cumulative quiz on parts 1-4 and the course completion receipt.

You should complete each part in order. After you complete the recap quiz in each part, a link to the next part will be provided. We encourage you to bookmark or save the link to each new part as you get to it for easy future access in case you are unable to complete the training at that time.

We also have a reference only link of this training available if you'd like to review the material at any time outside of the main course:
