The Language Assistance Program (LAP) Template was uploaded in the Grant Electronic Monitoring System (GEMS) during the 2018-19 school year. The Template will now be completed as part of the 2019-20 Consolidated Application in the Michigan Electronic Grants System Plus (MEGS+).
