The Special Education Actual Cost Report (SE-4096) is a collection within the Center for Educational Performance and Information (CEPI) Financial Information Database (FID) application. Information on the FID collections can be found on the CEPI website. Indirect cost rates are pre-populated in the application.

Login to the FID to submit your information. If you do not have an account set up, you will need to request access to the application through your MILogin account (see SE-4096 User Guide for detailed instructions).
The dates for all collections can be found on the CEPI master calendar. The 2023-2024 SE-4096 is due on Monday, September 30, 2024. Submissions are due to ISDs two weeks prior for their approval.
