Even though the WIDA AMS is a separate DRC application, access to it must be requested through the OEAA Secure Site.
- If the OEAA Secure Site is not already listed on your MiLogin for Business Home page, complete the OEAA Secure Site access process above.
- Once in the OEAA Secure Site, complete the Request Access page. If the page does not automatically come up, select it from the Security menu.
- Complete each required field and when prompted to select a role, select the WIDA AMS role that is most appropriate based on your responsibilities. Role descriptions are provided next to each role in the OEAA Secure Site to help you select the correct level of access.
- Once the request has been processed by the district or school administrator level user, you will immediately receive an email notification from OEAA with the status of the request. If approved, within one to two business days, you will receive an email from DRC with your WIDA AMS login and password. The login will be your email address.
- If scoring access for the screeners is needed, the district English learner assessment coordinator will need to verify they have taken the required trainings in the WIDA Secure Portal and then contact the WIDA AMS call center at 877-560-8378, select option 3 from the phone menu, and ask that the user be given scoring privileges.
For support and assistance with the WIDA AMS reach out to 877-560-8378, select option 3 from the phone menu. For support with the OEAA Secure Site, reach out to mde-oeaa@michigan.gov or 877-560-8378, select option 1.
