The Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE) certifies Industrial Stormwater Operators and provides certification under Part 31 of the Public Act 451, as amended, and Part 10 Treatment Plant Operator Administrative Rules.
General information
Industrial Stormwater operator certification examinations are offered virtually year round. Certification is offered for A-1i.
To be recommended for certification by the Board of Examiners, you must achieve a minimum score of 70%. You may submit an application for online re-examination at any time.
Replacement certification requests must be submitted to the EGLE WRD Operator Certification Unit and should include the operator’s full name and all requested certification numbers.
