MDE COVID-19 Education Information and Resources

Michigan and the nation are experiencing extraordinary challenges with the COVID-19 pandemic. Due to this state of emergency, Governor Gretchen Whitmer has issued Executive Order 2020-65 (rescinding Executive Order 2020-35) to outline the provision of pre-K-12 education during the remainder of the 2019-2020 school year. The Michigan Department of Education is providing information and guidance - developing numerous resources to assist local school districts, educators, and families. Education information and resources can be found at the buttons below.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping reduce the spread of the coronavirus among Michigan residents. For more information on statewide efforts, please visit the coordinated Michigan Coronavirus website.
