The Michigan Department of Education (MDE) Office of Educator Excellence (OEE) is proposing changes to the School Administrator Certification Code Administrative Rules.

In accordance with the promulgation of administrative rules which can be found on the State of Michigan’s website at http://www.michigan.gov/ARD, the Michigan Department of Education (MDE) Office of Educator Excellence (OEE) will conduct public hearings to receive oral and written comments on the following proposed rule changes.

The public hearing will be conducted in compliance with the 1990 Americans with Disabilities Act. The public hearing will include an American Sign Language interpreter. The virtual option will include both an interpreter and closed captioning. The Library of Michigan is accessible with handicap parking available.
