As part of the Mentoring and Induction District Support Grant (Section 27h) per the fiscal year 2025-26 State School Aid Act, the Michigan Department of Education (MDE) developed a list of approved providers of mentoring activities for school administrators. This list only applies to mentoring administrators. There is no required list of providers for mentoring teachers.
Approved Providers must meet the following criteria:
To be added to the list of MDE approved providers for administrator mentoring activities, organizations need to complete the administrator mentoring provider application. The application is currently closed for this round but will open prior to the next round of the grant. Follow the Mentoring and Induction Grants webpage for updates.
Approvals granted through this application process are valid solely for the current round of funding. For each subsequent round, all organizations will undergo program monitoring to ensure continued qualifications and alignment to the mentoring and induction standards.
