Reporting Credentials and Competencies
Implementation Year
The Reporting Credentials and Competencies web page gives the school year during which each CIP Code program is first required to report credentials. It also shows the school year that the program first reports competencies rather than segments. For example:
- Agriculture programs (CIP 01.0000) were required to begin reporting credentials and competencies starting in the 2024–25 school year.
- Graphic and Printing Technology and Communication programs (CIP 10.0301) continues reporting courses by segments through the 2025-2026 school year, switching to reporting by competencies in the 2026-27 school year.
