State Data Management System and Test Day Toolkit

Even though the SMDS and TDK are College Board applications that are access through the College Board Professional Account, access must be requested through the OEAA Secure Site. The access that is requested through the OEAA Secure Site will allow the user to give new access to additional users within the SMDS and TDK. This is new for Spring 2027.

  • If the OEAA Secure Site is not already listed on your MiLogin for Business Home page, complete the OEAA Secure Site access process above.
  • Once in the OEAA Secure Site, complete the Request Access page. If the page does not automatically come up, select it from the Security menu.
  • Complete each required field and when prompted to select a role, select SMDS/TDK role that is most appropriate based on your responsibilities. Role descriptions are provided next to each role in the OEAA Secure Site to help you select the correct level of access.
    • SDMS/TDTK Test Coordinator
    • SDMS/TDTK Primary Test Coordinator
  •     SDMS/TDTK Backup Test Coordinator
  •          Once the request has been processed by the district or school administrator level user, you will immediately receive an email notification from OEAA with the status of the request. Within one to two business days, you will receive an email from College Board in one to two business days with your SMDS and TDK login and password. The login will be your email address.
  • IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to restrictions in the SMDS and TDK, only one staff member per school can request this type of access. If a different staff member needs this type of access, the previous person’s access must be disabled by the school or district administrator level user of the OEAA Secure Site in the OEAA Secure Site. The access that is requested through the OEAA Secure Site will allow the user to give new access to additional users within the SMDS and TDK.
