WIDA AMS

Even though the WIDA AMS is a separate DRC application, access to it must be requested through the OEAA Secure Site.

• If the OEAA Secure Site is not already listed on your MiLogin for Business Home page, complete the OEAA Secure Site access process above.
• Once in the OEAA Secure Site, complete the Request Access page. If the page does not automatically come up, select it from the Security menu.
• Complete each required field and when prompted to select a role, select the WIDA AMS role that is most appropriate based on your responsibilities. Role descriptions are provided next to each role in the OEAA Secure Site to help you select the correct level of access.
• Online Test Admin – AMS & INSIGHT Portal
• Online Technology – AMS & INSIGHT Portal
• Once the request has been processed by the district or school administrator level user, you will immediately receive an email notification from OEAA with the status of the request. If approved, within one to two business days, you will receive an email from DRC with your WIDA AMS login and password. The login will be your email address.
