WIDA Secure Portal

The WIDA Secure Portal is a WIDA Consortium application. Only coordinator level access is granted through OEAA, all other access must be requested through the district English learner assessment coordinator.

•          The district English learner assessment coordinator should verify they are listed in the Educational Entity Master (EEM) as the English learner assessment coordinator on the district record.
•          The district English learner assessment coordinator should send an email to mailto:mde-oeaa@michigan.gov to request coordinator level access to the WIDA Secure Portal. Don’t forget to include the district name.
  •    Coordinator level access gives the user the ability to create new user accounts for staff in the district and the ability to monitor the training completion of staff.
•          When an account is created, the user will receive an email from WIDA with a login and password within minutes.  
•          The coordinator can then manage the creation and removal of WIDA Secure Portal user accounts for others in their district.
