7.05.04: Correcting errors using the Edit link

  1. On the Work on Reports screen, locate the report with errors and click the edit link.

  2. Scroll down to Option 3 - Employees with Errors. Click the select link next to record to see error messages and to edit the record.

  3. The record will open and you can make corrections. NOTE: once the record is edited, it will no longer appear under the Employees with Errors section. To re-open the record, you will need to manually enter in the employee's SSN to see all detail records.
