Michigan State Police School Safety Toolkits

Today’s schools face challenges that go far beyond the classroom. The Michigan State Police School Safety Toolkits were created to support K–12 schools in building well-rounded safety plans. Each toolkit includes step-by-step planning tools, clearly defined roles and responsibilities, and proven strategies to help educators and administrators respond confidently and effectively in a range of situations. Together, they offer an integrated foundation for keeping school communities informed, prepared, and responsive.
