MI Green School Guide: project catalog
Electric school bus program
Reducing the number of diesel school buses around children and schools can reduce human exposure to toxic exhaust fumes. Electric school buses do not emit diesel exhaust fumes and do not burn fossil fuels on-site. Electric school buses can also be used as portable power banks for outdoor events, as they have a large battery on wheels.
