Pesticide safety
Schools and daycares in Michigan need to follow legal requirements related to Integrated Pest Management (IPM) to ensure pesticides are used safely and in accordance with the label. Additionally, school communities should explore ways to reduce student exposure to potentially dangerous chemicals by incorporating physical, or non-chemical, pest management strategies into their IPM plan.
