MI Green School Guide: project catalog
Seed bank project

There are four main steps to this project.

  1. Collecting seeds
  2. Storing seeds
  3. Sharing seeds
  4. Planting seeds.

Then, the cycle repeats. Growing plants can support the environment by capturing carbon from the air, filtering pollutants, and creating habitat for insects and wildlife. Seed banking is a great educational activity that also makes gardening more affordable.
