Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Drainage Board for the said drain will be held at:
10:00 a.m., Tuesday, December 23, 2025

Imlay City, Michigan
The North Branch of Mill Creek Intercounty Drain Drainage Board will meet on December 23, 2025, to review engineering proposals and select an engineering firm. Please note that this meeting will not include a decision on whether the petitioned maintenance and improvement project is necessary. The necessity determination will occur at a separate public hearing in 2026. All property owners within the Drainage District will receive a mailed notice once the necessity hearing is scheduled.
Proceedings conducted at this public meeting will be subject to the provisions of the Michigan Open Meetings Act. Those needing accommodations for effective participation in the meeting should contact the drain commissioner of their county at the number listed below or may use the Michigan Relay Center at 711 for deaf, hard of hearing, or speech impaired persons.
