Pesticide Registration
Pesticide registrants and manufacturers must annually register pesticides sold into or from Michigan.
Agricultural Pesticide Dealer License
All agricultural use pesticide dealers operating in and selling into Michigan must be licensed annually.
Restricted Use Pesticides in Michigan
All restricted use pesticide dealers operating in and selling into Michigan must be licensed annually.
Pesticide Application Businesses
All pesticide application businesses operating in Michigan must be licensed annually, including those who already hold a similar out of state license.
Pesticide Applicator Certification
Pesticide applicators operating commercially or for an agricultural purpose in Michigan may be required to hold an individual applicator certification or registration.
Aerial Pesticide Applications
Pesticide applicators and businesses who operate crewed aircrafts (airplanes) or uncrewed aerial vehicles (UAVs or drones) have additional certification and licensing requirements.
