Orcam Demo Day- Sign up Now!

Posted 11/19/2018, Updated 1/7/2018

This event was rescheduled to January 15th! BTBL is hosting an OrCam demo day at the library in Lansing, Michigan.

OrCam is a wearable assistant that reads printed materials, reads barcodes, identifies faces, etc. OrCam uses a glasses mounted camera to focus on whatever you point it at to read or recognize.  The camera is about the size of a small thumb drive and contains all the software to perform all OrCam’s functions.  There are no wires and no extra processor like in the previous version of OrCam.

If you are interested, please contact the library at 1-800-992-9012 to reserve a 45 minute in-person session.
