Domonique Clemons

Domonique Clemons is currently serving as Genesee County Clerk & Register of Deeds. As Clerk-Register, Clemons oversees the maintenance, upkeep, and issuance of the County’s vital records, legal records, and property records, as well as serving as the Chief Election Official of the County. Born and raised in Flint Michigan, Domonique attended Flint Southwestern High School and holds a public policy degree from Michigan State University, as well as a master’s degree in political management from George Washington University. Domonique has several years of Government and advocacy experience through various roles throughout his career. Domonique remains active in his community and currently serves on several local boards and commissions including Flint Rotary Club Board of Directors, YMCA Camp Copneconic Advisory Committee, Ananich Legacy Foundation Board, Foundation for Mott Community College, Fenton Pride Collective, Genesee County Parks Commission, Genesee Health Plan Board of Directors, Michigan Electronic Recording Commission, Michigan Manufactured Housing Commission, and Michigan Association of County Clerks Legislative Committee.
