Marianne Grima, of Brighton, is a national programs lead at Deloitte and is the former Detroit social impact lead. Grima is also the founder and co-owner of Cowork Brighton. Grima holds a Bachelor of Science in criminal justice and Master of Science in intelligence analysis from the University of Detroit Mercy.
