Jackson Interfaith Shelter
Jackson Interfaith Shelter
The Jackson Interfaith Shelter, Altering Outcomes, MyPlace, and the Welcome Home Organization have come together to collaborate on a Community Center project that will support multiple needs in the Jackson community. These four organizations combine to provide emergency shelter with wrap around services, community meals, employment placement with transportation assistance, transitional housing, 24/7 daycare for low-income families, and housing for youth aging out of foster care. This funding will allow this partnership to expand into a new physical space that will enhance and increase each organizations services. Through this initiative, thousands of individuals and families will be positively impacted, and Jackson will be able to provide an enhanced level of care for its most vulnerable populations.
