Overview

Employment Lab is designed to complement other TC classes by giving participants structured time to build essential job‑search skills. In the lab, participants practice informational interviewing, develop resumes and cover letters, create a job‑seeker profile, and explore The Career Index Plus. They also participate in mock interviews tailored to their target job openings. Placement in the Employment Lab occurs once the instructor determines the participant is ready to work independently on these skills.
