What are Coaching Sessions?

UIA’s group Coaching Sessions are for workers seeking guidance from trained UIA instructors on various topics.

Sessions are available virtually Monday through Friday. Click on the links below to sign up for available dates and times. After signing up, you will receive an email link to join the group session on your selected day and time. Reminder emails will be sent one day and one hour before the sessions begin.
