About the complaint system

  • The Employment Service (ES) Complaint System provides a formal process at the state and federal level for addressing complaints against an employer about a specific job referral made though the Wagner-Peyser Act Employment Service program, and Apparent Violations of ES regulations. Additionally, the system is designed to accept, refer, and — in certain circumstances — track complaints involving employment‑related laws.
