This Race to Talent™ event honored nine employers from regional Michigan Works! Agencies. Employers who did not currently have a Registered Apprenticeship Program (RAP) were invited to increase their awareness of the benefits of the training model. In addition, attendees made new and/or renewed partner connections and learned about the high return on investment RAPs deliver for employers and apprentices.
