This initiative provides a unique opportunity for Michigan Works! Agencies (MWAs) to work together as regional partners to create innovative and region-specific projects to support a strong labor force, robust economy and skilled talent pipeline for the State of Michigan. Projects should support the ambitious strategies and data-driven actions laid out in the Michigan Statewide Workforce Plan and incorporate the three core pillars identified in the plan to identify, plan, develop and carry out activities to help address regional workforce challenges.
The deadline for RFP application submissions is 5:00 p.m. EDT on Friday, July 18, 2025. Awards will be announced on Friday, August 8, 2025.
