The Michigan Industry & Talent Network (MITN) is a statewide network dedicated to strengthening Employer-Led Collaboratives (ELCs), advancing Talent Pipeline Management (TPM), supporting sector strategies and fostering regional workforce partnerships and innovation. MITN serves as a central hub connecting employers, Michigan Works! Agencies, educators, training providers, workforce professionals and economic development partners.

  • Through shared resources, best practices, tools and collaborative opportunities, MITN empowers partners to connect with ELCs, learn proven workforce strategies, discover innovative talent solutions, share successes across Michigan, access technical assistance, explore grant opportunities, build sustainable talent pipelines, and strengthen cross-sector partnerships.

Together, MITN supports an employer-driven approach to addressing Michigan’s workforce challenges and building a more resilient and prepared talent ecosystem. MITN is dedicated to being a dynamic, statewide hub where employers and partners can learn, connect and collaborate.
