Communications Representative
Kady Gehrke is a Communications Representative in the Agriculture Development Division of the Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development. She joined the division in April, 2023 and works with all programs across the division to meet their communications needs.
Kady grew up in Alpena, Michigan where she developed a strong passion for rural communities and the hard work and dedication that goes into producing quality agricultural and forest products. She loves hiking, camping, mushing, skiing, and all things outdoors. Kady attended Michigan Technological University and graduated in 2022 with a B.A. in Communication, Culture, and Media with minors in International Spanish and in French.
