Darnishia Morris

Darnishia Morris is a proud Detroiter turned Yooper; she graduated from Michigan Technological University in 1998 with a degree in Industrial Management minoring in International Business. She is currently the Manager of Global Engagement Programs and instructor in the Pavlis Honors College at Michigan Tech.

Since her first international trip to Finland in 1997 she has studied, traveled and performed community service in over 25 countries. In addition to her love of the international community, Darnishia is called to serve young people. For over 20 years she has worked to encourage, support, and guide students on their career path to responsible adulthood--expectant and confident that they will change the world!

In May 2011 she completed her Master’s degree in Management from Walsh College of Accountancy and Business and is currently working on a Doctorate degree at Michigan Tech in Applied Cognitive Science and Human Factors.
