Earned Sick Time Act - Employer Posting Requirement
Effective March 29, 2019, the Earned Sick Time Act, 2018 PA 338, as amended, requires covered employers to display a poster created by the department in a conspicuous place that is accessible to eligible employees. The departments’ poster is available at no cost and can be downloaded from the link below. Employers are required to display the poster in English.
Although not required by the Earned Sick Time Act, Spanish and Arabic Language versions of the poster are coming soon.
