National Park Michigan Mobility Challenge
The NPMMC is a Challenge issued to the global mobility industry to identify and deploy advanced mobility and electrification technologies in and around four of Michigan’s five National Parks – Keweenaw National Historical Park, Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore, River Raisin National Battlefield Park and Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore.

OFME, in partnership with MEDC and the Department of Labor & Economic Opportunity (LEO), launched the MP4 Grant program to help support partnerships and programs that address emerging mobility systems across all transportation modes – including air, ground, marine and off-road – throughout the state of Michigan.

Real World Deployment and Test Site Grant Opportunities
Grant support to offset the cost of piloting mobility and electrification technologies in a publicly accessible location in Michigan. Real World Deployment grants typically range from $80,000 - $190,000.

DTE Emerging Tech Fund
DTE is partnering with EV-related businesses committed to reducing barriers to electric vehicles and preparing for widespread EV adoption. This program supports novel EV solutions including cutting-edge EV grid integrations on DTE system, solutions that trial new and novel practices to engaging underserved communities, and solutions that test second life applications for used EV batteries.

SBDC Business Accelerator Fund BAF
BAF is available to participating business accelerators in Michigan’s statewide SmartZone network. These funds are used toward the delivery of specialized services that are not otherwise available from these business accelerators to assist advanced technology companies advance the client’s path to commercialization, company success, and economic impact for the state of Michigan.
