Registered Apprenticeship Michigan and Race to Talent™ branding have been created to promote the benefits a Registered Apprenticeship Program (RAP) can provide to Michigan residents and businesses. By engaging current and potential program sponsors, intermediaries, industry and workforce, labor and other partners, we aim to grow the number of employers interested in starting Registered Apprenticeship Programs while developing pathways for Michiganders to take advantage of RAP opportunities.
