Rule 48a.
- The teacher consultant for special education with an evaluation and consultation assignment shall do either or both of the following:
- Provide consultation to education personnel on behalf of students with disabilities.
- Evaluate students.
- The teacher consultant shall not serve in supervisory or administrative roles and perform the function of a teacher consultant simultaneously.
